Preapproval is necessary if;
You wish to use your own travel agency or, your travel includes deviations from your point of origin to the Cleveland, Ohio area and back.

Airport Travel
Serving the Cleveland area are Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) and Akron Canton Regional Airport (CAK). For Private Charter, Burke Lakefront (BKL) (216) 781-6411, and Cuyahoga County Regional Airport (CGF) (216) 289-4111 are available.
Ground Transportation
Compensation of $100 to apply toward your ground transportation to and from the airport, will be given to you upon checking in at registration.
Shuttle Service
The primary shuttle service provider for the Cleveland area airports is Hopkins Airport Limousine and Shuttle Service at (800) 543-9912. Akron Canton Airport is 50 miles south of Cleveland, and shuttle service from the airport is with Shuttle One Services (330) 808-2159.
Taxicabs
Taxicabs are easily accessible from each airport. The average cost of cab fare to the InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center is as follows:

Point of Origin Reimbursement
