To make a reservation for the nights of Sunday, June 15 through Tuesday, June 17, 2008, please utilize the links above or contact the Reservations Department directly at (216) 707-4000. Make certain that you mention the Neural Interfaces Conference to obtain the special rate, as well as specify the accommodation option that you would prefer. Your reservation will need to be guaranteed with your individual credit card. You must make your hotel reservation by June 2, 2008 to obtain the special room rates listed.
Check in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 12 noon on the day of departure.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled day of arrival, or you will be billed for 1 night's room and tax.

The InterContinental Hotel has special conference rates for valet parking.
Conference Day rate of $10 per car/ per day
Overnight Guests $17 per car / per night
There is a Parking Garage located at the corner of 100th and Carnegie for self parking at a rate of $10.00 per day.

In light of the increased security at airports and train stations in the United States and throughout the world, please allow ample time for check-in when making your travel plans. The suggested time at airports is 1 hour before takeoff for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights.

The primary shuttle service provider for the Cleveland area airports is Hopkins Airport Limousine and Shuttle Service at (800) 543-9912. Akron Canton Airport is 50 miles south of Cleveland, and shuttle service from the airport is with Shuttle One Services (330) 808-2159.
